<p>Two Subscription levels are currently available: <strong>Centurion</strong> or <strong>Imperator</strong>. And for every 12 months of subscription time (6 months for Imperator level), you are eligible for a discount coupon! <p>When you pay for a year up front, you receive some perks immediately on payment. Other perks release later. All perks and benefits of each subscriber plan are listed on our <a href="https://robertsspaceindustries.com/pledge/subscriptions">Subscriptions page</a> on the main website.</p>

<p>We provide <a href="https://robertsspaceindustries.com/comm-link?channel=&series=&type=&text=subscriber+flair&sort=publish_new">Comm-links updates</a> on all subscriber flair. You can preview what's coming and learn more about any flair changes.</p>

||
<h3 id="h_01JMZ5R8ZTFW9V15PCFKJM39ZZ">What is the Imperator Test Flight?</h3>
|
||
<p>Imperator subscribers get a special benefit with their subscription which grants them <strong>access to test fly all newly released, flight-ready ships when patches go live for a duration of one week</strong>. To participate in this program, aside from being a subscriber at the Imperator level, players need to login to the game and play during the week of the test flight period.</p>
|
||
<p>For qualifying citizens, this ship will be automatically granted to their hangar and accessible through an ASOP terminal in game via the <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003093114" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">loaner system</a>. Should this ship be missing for some reason, read on for assistance.</p>

<h3 id="h_01JJ9MA78NVM46RN5HSJFYQATW">I didn't receive access to the Ship of the Month! What happened?</h3>
|
||
<p>Access to the vehicle or ship of the month is granted at the same time as all of the other monthly perks, which typically happens within the first full week of the month. However there are a few cases where this ship or vehicle will not be granted to a subscriber. The first case is if the ship is already in a player's hangar, the ship of the month will not be granted. </p>
|
||
<p>The second instance is if an RSI account has already been granted a loaner for the ship/vehicle from for a different reason. <strong>This particular reward is considered a loaner ship</strong>, and thus is subject to the same <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003093114" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">rules and restrictions</a> for receiving a loaner for a ship in your hangar that is currently not in a flyable state. Loaners do not stack, and so <strong>a second loaner for the same ship will not be granted</strong>.</p>
|
||
<p>After taking into account the above,<strong> if you are missing your Ship of the Month or Imperator Test Flight ship, a <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041509433" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Character Repair</a> can correct this</strong> and force a missing loaner to show up once more. If this does not happen, please <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/requests/new" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">contact RSI support</a> for assistance.</p>

<h3 id="h_01HGZKBM6089N1GJG7VCSTHPA6">Subscription Plans and Passes</h3>
|
||
<p>There are two ways to become a subscriber: through a <strong>Recurring </strong><strong>Plan</strong> or through <strong>Pre-Paid </strong><strong>Passes</strong>.</p>
|
||

<p>A <strong>Recurring Plan</strong> is a recurring payment that you subscribe to through your Payment Processor. It can be a monthly-recurring payment or an annually (12 month) recurring one. Every time a payment is processed, your subscription is automatically expanded by one period (month or year, depending on the plan).</p>
|
||
<p>A <strong>Pre-Paid </strong><strong>Pass</strong> is a one-off payment that grants you Subscriber access for a limited time. They’re an excellent alternative if you can’t or don’t want to subscribe to a recurring payment plan. Passes don’t require a cash purchase, as you can buy them with Store Credit.</p>
|
||
<p>A Pre-Paid Pass gives you exactly the same perks as a regular Recurring Plan and also contributes to your subscriber history.</p>
|
||
<p><strong>Recurring Plans and Pre-Paid Passes are not cumulative with each other for the purpose of calculating subscription rewards.</strong> We recommend that if you want to switch subscription types, that you please wait until your active subscription has ended if you only wish to have one active subscription.</p>

<p>A <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013173847" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">pre-paid subscription pass</a> that was purchased using store credit cannot be refunded.</p>
|
||
<p>We can indeed refund a non-credit subscription if you contact us within 30 days of the purchase and the subscription has not been used in any way. A "used subscription" includes such things as redeeming a subscription discount coupon or using the subscription to gain access to the Public Test Universe (PTU).</p>
|
||
<p>You will first need to <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002854533">cancel the subscription</a>, then submit a support ticket to us.</p>
|
||
<p>The subscriber rewards, benefits, and flair for the refunded subscription will then be removed.</p>

<p>You can purchase a recurring subscription plan with a <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013326748" target="_blank" rel="noopener">payment method</a> including Stripe, PayPal, and Amazon. Pre-paid subscription passes can be purchased using store credit as well.</p>

<h3 id="h_01HGZKBM60HPJXNK5A6R2X3SZ8">Can I have both Pre-Paid Passes and a Recurring Plan on my account at the same time?</h3>
|
||
<p>We don’t recommend purchasing subscription passes while you already have a recurring plan active, nor do we recommend having multiple concurrent subscriptions in general as you will not get the full benefit of the extra subscription(s). Multiple subscriptions, regardless of type, will not grant multiple flair rewards, double merchandise discounts, or access to duplicate ships of the month.</p>
|
||
<p>If you want to buy a Pre-Paid Pass instead of paying for a recurring plan, make sure to cancel any active recurring subscription plan you might have first and wait until any remaining subscription time has expired.</p>
|
||

<h3 id="h_01HRWFEXFAXKBBCSPBZ2SDQJJD">Will multiple Imperator or Centurion level subscriptions grant more rewards?</h3>
|
||
<p>Multiple subscriptions will grant discount coupons for each subscription, but nothing more. When your subscription reaches the threshold necessary to receive a coupon, that subscription’s coupon is awarded.</p>
|
||
<p>For example, having an active Centurion and Imperator subscription will result in a 10% coupon every 12 months and a 20% coupon every 6 months. Having two Imperator subscriptions will result in two 20% coupons being granted every 6 months. Two Centurion subscriptions will result in two 10% coupons every 12 months. The foregoing examples assume that all subscriptions began on the same date.</p>
|
||
<p>If a player has multiple subscription levels active, they only receive the flair for the highest tier of subscription.</p>

<h3 id="h_01HGZKBM60YZBM9T91EN3MKGER">When will I get my discount coupon?</h3>
|
||
<p>The coupon will be awarded to anyone who has accumulated a year of Centurion time. Those with an Imperator level subscription will receive a coupon every 6 months of accumulated subscription time at that level. <p>This is because of a system change in RSI’s payment interface, you will now receive emails from Amazon once a month, confirming your subscription payment to RSI. No new costs have been incurred, simply a notification of the upcoming transaction.</p>

<p>Yes, there is a delay in the email confirmation of the subscription. This can generally take a day or two. Please be patient and wait for validation until you make another attempt at subscribing. Otherwise it is possible that you will end up with two concurrent subscriptions.</p></div>
