|
||
<p><strong>...it's likely that the ship is not flight-ready. </strong> All ships currently in the "concept" phase of development fall into the "not flight-ready" category. By flight-ready, we mean that players can go into the 'verse and fly the ship now instead of having to wait for development on the particular model to be done. </p>
|
||
<p>Should you be in possession of ship that can't be used in game, RSI provides a <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013350528" target="_blank" rel="noopener">temporary loaner ship</a> that you can use until your actual ship is finished and ready to go. Check out the <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003093114" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Loaner Ship Matrix</a> to see what you will have access to.</p>

<h3>If you upgraded one of your ships and don't see it...</h3>
|
||
<p><strong>...check your hangar page within your RSI account.</strong> Upgrading a ship from the pledge store upgrade tool does not immediately apply the change to your ship. It will place <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/115010056848" target="_blank" rel="noopener">an upgrade item</a> on your account so you can select the specific ship from your fleet to upgrade, in case you own multiple eligible ships. To get there, <strong>login</strong> on the website, click the <strong>ACCOUNT</strong> option in the upper right, then select <strong>My Hangar</strong> from the links offered.</p>
