<div class="article-body"><p>As we are in the middle of our Alpha Test phase for Star Citizen, rapidly working on moving towards Beta Test phase, there WILL be bugs in the game. We allow our backers to participate in this early testing phase to help guide development, find issues, and give feedback on new content and systems. </p>
|
||
<p>The most important reports we can have are those reporting game bugs where the game is not working as intended or expected. However, for this to be effective the reports need to go to the proper place, which for bug reports is the <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/115009643527" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Issue Council</a>. </p>

<p>Support tickets placed that are reporting bugs found in game will receive a response directing the player to report it on the Issue Council. </p>
