<h3>Spectrum Will Not Load</h3>
<p>If for some reason you are having trouble getting the Spectrum section of the RSI website to load even if you are logged into your RSI Account, you will need to follow these steps:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Leave all organizations</strong> that you are currently a part of.</li>
<li><strong>Rejoin only one</strong> of your previous organizations.</li>
<li>After rejoining an org, <strong>check if the issue persists</strong> by attempting to go to Spectrum.</li>
</ol>
<p>If you are able to load into Spectrum after these three steps, repeat steps 2-3 above until you locate the organization that is causing the problem.&nbsp; Once the problem organization is discovered, unfortunately you will need to leave that organization until a proper solution for the issue has been found.&nbsp; Our teams are currently investigating the underlying cause of this issue.</p>

<p>In addition to accessing the new Star Citizen Forums and Live Chat lobbies, Spectrum also brings the addition of Organization-specific Forums and Live Chat as well. Within your private Org areas, you will have the ability to create your own lobbies, forum channels, roles and permissions.</p>
<p>Additionally, you and members of your Org will have access to rich chat, and eventually voice integration within the game.</p>
