These pledges can be obtained via new orders using new currency (no store credit) through the pledge store. <a href="https://robertsspaceindustries.com/pledge" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the pledge store</a>.  Store credit cannot be applied to these orders.  </p>
<p>Check the pledge name if you are receiving an error when attempting to use store credit.  <strong>Warbond</strong> or <strong>WB</strong> in the name means you will need to <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013326748" target="_blank" rel="noopener">use another payment method</a> that does not include store credit.</p>

<h2 id="h_01HF7CXGSRDMPJ10HSXA7B2T0V"><span>Warbond Ship Upgrades (CCUs)</span></h2>
<p>As with almost all upgrade pledges, purchasing an upgrade to your given ship pledge will only upgrade the ship to the noted upgrade target, such as upgrading an Aurora MR to a Sabre.  In this case, the upgrade will only change the ship to the Sabre and nothing else in the pledge will be altered or added.  This includes Warbond ship upgrades, which will not give anything included in the normal Warbond ship pledge except for the ship.</p>
<p>In some special cases, if anything additional is included in the upgrade purchase, it will be listed on the upgrade itself.  An example is pictured below is a special subscriber upgrade package for upgrading an Aurora MR to a Sabre:</p>

<h2 id="h_01JKR4V0YA9CD61YQB81GWQ04D">Store Credit and Warbonds</h2>
<p>While Warbond pledges cannot be acquired with store credit, other items acquired in the same shop order can be. As normal with <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013173287" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">all store credit orders</a>, they are non-giftable. Pledging for something with store credit alongside a WB pledge will also make the WB pledge non-giftable as well due to the way the store and orders function. There is a warning during checkout about this when adding store credit to an order.</p>

<p><strong>If you wish to retain the giftable status of a Warbond pledge, make sure to complete the store checkout flow without using store credit.</strong> Pledge for any other items you may want to use credit on separately.</p>
