<p>Upon disconnection from the server, players may be presented with an error similar to the one pictured above.&nbsp;&nbsp;This error may also appear when attempting to connect to a server that is offline, such as the PTU server if it is not available to you.&nbsp; Should this occur, wait 15-30 minutes, double check that you are logging into the correct server, and then attempt to login again.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>If the issue is not resolved try the following:&nbsp; </strong></p>
