<p>We welcome all of our VIP members to join us in testing new game builds and changes in the Public Test Universe (PTU). When the PTU is open to your group (After Evocati), you can install the PTU from the RSI Launcher and help with testing and previewing the next release before it's live. <p>The Chairman's Club was introduced in January of 2018. This included a new section of the account for all things Concierge, including your current rank within the club and what rewards to receive. Through this club, you can submit and review support tickets, as well as check in with the Concierge Services FAQ for the most recent topics and questions.&nbsp;</p>
<p>While they are essentially the same, the Chairman's Club has more in game ties and lore behind it, which we'll further expand on what Concierge members will expect to see in the final game as time goes on.</p>
<p>There will be even more for Chairman's Club members to enjoy, including in person events hosted by our staff provided in intimate settings, limited merchandise designed with comfort and style in mind, and exclusive pledges only available to Concierge members.</p>

<p><strong>Squadron 42 Digital Download:</strong> For any Chairman's Club members that had expressed their support of the Squadron 42 project by purchasing a copy and had it active and in their hangars on March 18th, 2022 at the time of distribution, a free copy of this also been added to the High Admiral Reward Pledge. This was a one-time bonus reward for members that had already purchased Squadron 42 by the indicated date and time and will not be granted to new members that reach High Admiral status.<span style="font-size: 8.0pt;"></span></p>
