<p>When creating your account, make sure to review and accept the&nbsp;<a href="https://robertsspaceindustries.com/tos" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Terms of Service</a> and our <a href="https://robertsspaceindustries.com/privacy" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Privacy Policy</a> by checking the final box in the enlistment form.&nbsp; You must agree to both of these in order to play and complete the account creation process.&nbsp; If you do not agree with any part of these policies, then you will not be able to play Star Citizen.</p>
<p>Check your email for a confirmation email. The sender is <strong>no-reply@cloudimperiumgames.com</strong> and the subject is <strong>RSI Account activation</strong>. Click the link in the email confirmation to activate your account.</p>
<p>If you have trouble finding the email, search by the email or subject. You may need to whitelist our emails to always receive updates, password change requests, and more.&nbsp;</p>

<p>If you have a friend that already has an RSI Account, ask them for their Referral Code!&nbsp; Once you have it, check the enlist form information above for where and when to enter the code.&nbsp; Remember, the code cannot be added after the account is created so get it now!</p>
<p>What do you get? You get&nbsp;5,000 UEC in-game currency used to buy weapons, shields, and decoration items. If you pledge $40 or more, your friend will receive Referral Points. After you have joined, you can start referring your friends too! <p>If you received this error and cannot proceed with creating your account, then you may have already created an RSI account in the past.&nbsp; Go through the normal account login process should this be the case, and if you have forgotten your password, then you'll need to head to <a href="https://support.robertsspaceindustries.com/hc/en-us/articles/115009884447" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Account Recovery</a> to reset it.</p>

<p>You just need a Game Package.&nbsp; With the exception of the Squadron 42 standalone pledge, these packages all contain a digital download of Star Citizen, a ship, and a few other goodies for your account. You can pick through and choose from the game packages <strong><a href="https://robertsspaceindustries.com/pledge/game-packages" target="_blank" rel="noopener">in the store</a></strong>.</p>
